Welcome to NabliTalks. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website (nablitalks.online) and our SaaS application (app.nablitalks.online). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using our services immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 15 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use our services.

3. Accounts

To access certain features (such as the Admin Console), you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, please notify us immediately.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices, plans, and payment terms will be presented to you before purchase. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers. We do not store payment details on our servers.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, software, and design elements of NabliTalks are owned by NabliTalks (individual) and protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

• You agree not to use our services for unlawful or harmful purposes.
• You must not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt our systems.
• You must not use our services to transmit spam, malicious code, or abusive content.

7. Third-Party Services & AI Providers

NabliTalks uses third-party AI providers such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, and xAI Grok to power certain features. Your use of AI-powered features may be subject to those providers' terms of service and privacy policies. We do not control or guarantee the output generated by these services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if you violate these Terms & Conditions or misuse our platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NabliTalks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of West Bengal, India.

11. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• There are no refunds for the current billing cycle once payment has been processed.
• After cancellation, your premium access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Starting from the next billing cycle, you will not be charged and your account will be downgraded to the Free plan automatically.
• A grace period of 3 days is provided for payment failures before downgrading the account.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
